War is Fratricide

What am I, but just one man

Wrought in the image of a god

Descendent of the favored brother

And the exiles of Nod

Fratricide divided nations

And incited their first birth

Romulus has slain Remus

Blood has spilled upon the Earth

From this blood was birthed empires

From this death we've tasted life

The glory of her gilded spires

Hide the city's inner strife

Must we slaughter our own brothers

To please false oracles and gods?

Only one god heeds our sacrifice

He who reigns beneath the sod

Hades fills with women, children

Put to death by work of men

So great nations have been founded

So great nations, cursed, will end
